The Technical Disciplines newsletter generally consists of 12 to 16 pages of charts and text. The charts are in full color in the downloadable e-mail version. The file will take between two to five minutes to download at 28.8 kbps. Upon receipt of this file, just double-click on the file icon (if you see it) or go into File Manager or Explorer and just double-click on the file. You should then see on your screen the first page of the newsletter in the Adobe Acrobat Reader.
By the way, it has come to my attention that some subscribers are viewing the newsletter with their monitor set at a very low resolution, such as 640x480. The newsletter is designed to be viewed at a resolution of 1024x768 or better. If the newsletter doesn't appear to be very clear, then this could be the problem.
